Tyler 'Patches' White

Tyler was born in the UK, before the Great War. He attended a public school and was quite intelligant, being picked on sometimes but holding his own during fights. News of the war spread, gas prices skyrocketing. His family was wealthy, along with some of their family friends, but refused to put Tyler into a private school, thinking he would loose friends, and make him less sociable. Tyler had a crush on a girl, like most people. At the time he was eighteen, thinking he would rule the world one day. He had a circle of friends, being the akwardest out of the group, but the person to have the best imagination. But then, The Great War went into effect. Air raid sirens rang, people thought it was simply a false alarm. People soon realised it wasn't any joke, and ran to their homes. The nuclear bomb hit the UK as Tyler stared up into the air, though the explosion was near the outskirts of the city, he stared at the mushroom that formed, the buildings infront of him not blocking it. He doesn't remember much about what happened to this day, but what he does remember was that he was alive, but his skin looked horrible. Half of it was missing, his body aligned with his skin still, but his flesh showing. He didn't want to imagine how his faced looked. Amazingly, though, his throat was only raspy during the first three months in wich he realised he wasn't Human anymore, but a monster.. a Ghoul. He walked around the city, now in ruins. Bodys were everywhere along the roads, cars blown up, and the buildings in ruins. At this point on he realized that his family and friends were most likely dead, his fate a miracle.

He roamed around the land, scrounging around as if he were a regular Human scavenger. Everybody adapted after a while, using caps as the new currency, like they did in North America, as Tyler would realize later in his life. He purchased himself a dirty suit, it amazingly in tact to Tyler. People stared at him as he walked around, looking like a animated corpse. As he roamed around the UK, he walked for a few miles, admiring the new species, them looking interesting and some grotesque. He soon fount a group of people, wishing to leave the UK as most of it was in chaos. The people fashioned a raft, taking two months to built it. Though it took the long amount of time, it was quite the raft. It was big, big enough to fit the group and two others if needed. Tyler had to pay to get the ride, though. Two hundred caps.. It left him nearly empty on currency, but he managed to pay the price. They floated along the ocean, stockpiled with food, water, clothing, and other various supplies. They reached what was North America, the land looking just like Britian, though it was missing the variation of classy looking buildings. Tyler took jobs from various people as he parted from the group that helped him get to North America. He also scavenged places such as Super-Duper Marts, ruins of commercial buildings and homes. He had a desire to go here before the nuclear bombs, but never did, until now. Whilst scavenging a Super-Duper Mart, he fount what was a Super-Mutant, whom would be his life-long friend. The Mutant was civil, not wanting to fight, but was probably because he was already a mutant. They talked to each other, the Mutant being intelligent enough to talk, and make sentences that made sense. They decided to travel with each other, as companions. They travelled a long time, finding the town of Newton eventually, the town being in pre-war California. They settled at an area close by, Tyler obducting the nickname Patches. Patches managed to obtain many caps due to jobs he performed along the wasteland. They are settled at this location to this very day.
