Physical Hindrances:

One: His mask doesn't go all around his head, so the back of his head is exposed to getting shot.

Two: Due to his amount of gear, he is slowed down. He tends to keep his gear in his backpack, if possible.

Three: Severe case of Monophobia and contracts anxiety quickly. ( Fear of being alone )

Four: Can be shot in the torso or leg region, wich can take him down quickly.

Biography: Tyler was born in New Vegas by a reasonably rich family, due to affiliations with casinos there. As Tyler grew his parents neglected him more and more, caring about their social status more than their son's problems. Due to his time alone, he cried a lot, but used his free time to roam around outside of New Vegas, and understand the area. He wandered around and came in contact with a man that called himself "Dusty" , who later teached him how to make a bow and arrows. He cherished the ability to craft such a weapon, and after a few failed attempts at making the perfect bow, made one of his desire. The arrows were harder for him to make, but he succeeded. He practiced his aim at things such as walls, trees, what ever he could find outside. On his twelfth birthday he was issued a HK419 and a PPK with a silencer from his parents. They told him that they were sorry for being neglectful of their son, but they were trying to solve problems that had been with the family for a long time. Like the bow, Tyler trained with the weapons, getting ammo occasionally for the weapon. The weapons made him feel safe, protected. He also trained with a home-made lock picking kit witch he bought two of, in case he lost one. Like his weaponry, he was skilled with lockpicking, after practicing multiple times. Two months later Tyler went out to talk to "Dusty" when suddenly, "Dusty" gave him a backpack, faded black and only having one strap. He thanked "Dusty" for it, and went home later. He fashioned slings for his HK419 and had bought a holster for his PPK a month earlier. Tyler was planning to leave, as he felt un-wanted. As he finished slinging his HK419 around his shoulder, having his backpack stocked with water, food , and clothing, and other things of the sort, he opened his drawer, removing a black mask he had fount, from what he saw it was just a mask that looked like a black skull, and he liked it. Then he heard a window open, barely. Tyler stayed in his room for a while, to hear a shout of his mother and father, as Tyler moved to the door, opening it barely, he saw that his mother and father were being beaten to death with pipes.

He closed the door quietly, sobbing to himself. He moved to the window in haste, figuring it wasn't time to grieve. He climbed out and moved out of the strip, running after he passed the gates. He walked for miles, scavenging abandoned places and keeping himself alive. He has stopped at a location that he calls Dust Bowl to settle down, and try and find a place for himself.

Children weren't ment to be that badass. I will find this kid, and I'll seriously cut off each of his fingers.. Then we'll see how much anxiety he has after I char his skin in a bonfire

Indeed they weren't. He isn't bad ass, but is capable of adapting to situations, and will be as violent as needed. Anyhow.. yeah ..
